THE CHURCH ROOM TO BE USED AS A LICENSED PLACE FOR DEVINE WORSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPALS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, THE CLUB ROOM AS A CLUB FOR THE POORER INHABITANTS OF RAKE AND MILLAND, AND A COTTAGE AS A RESIDENCE FOR A CARETAKER.
