ANNUITIES NOT EXCEEDING ú60 EACH FOR THREE SPINSTERS OVER 50 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, RESIDENT IN GREAT BRITAIN OR IRELAND FOR TEN MONTHS IN EACH YEAR. THE THREE ANNUITANTS SHALL ALWAYS BE AN ORPHAN DAUGHTER OF (A) AN OFFICER IN THE ARMY OR MARINES (B) AN OFFICER IN THE NAVY AND (C) A CLERK IN HOLY ORDERS IN THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND. THE DAUGHTER OF AN OFFICER IN THE MEDICAL DEPARTMENT OF EITHER SERVICE SHALL BE ELIGIBLE.
