ON THE OCCASION OF A VACANCY FOR AN ALMSPERSON THERE IS NO SUITABLE APPLICANT AS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPOINT A POOR PERSON WHO AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT IS A MEMBER OF A CONGREGATION OF PROTESTANT DISSENTERS MEETING FOR RELIGIOUS WORSHIP AT ANY CHAPEL IN OR NEAR HITCHIN.
