TO SAFEGUARD AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEATLH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL, OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN AND TO PREVENT POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY THE BREAK-UP OF MARRIAGE.
