DURING A PERPETUITY PERIOD (THE EXPIRATION OF 21 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE DEATH OF THE SURVIVOR OF THE FOLLOWING, THE SETTLER, HIS WIFE, CHRISTIAN MARGARET SMITH, ADAM LINDSAY ERIC SMITH AND BARTHOLOMEW EVAN ERIC SMITH AND THE DESCENDANTS OF HIS LATE MAJESTY KING GEORGE THE FIFTH ALIVE AT THE DATE OF THE EXECUTION OF THE DEED) THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND IS APPLICABLE FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
