Charitable objects
1) INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE ARMY AND NAVY CLUB IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE. 2) IF IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED IN THE MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME AS THEY THINK FIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF THE SAID CLUB IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE. 3) IF ANY OF THE INCOME AND ENDOWMENTS OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED IN THE ABOVE MANNER THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME AS THEY THINK FIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SPOUSES OF THE EMPLOYEES AND RETIRED EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS.
