Charitable objects
DURING SUCH TIME AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE LIBRARY CHARITY MAINTAIN A LENDING AND REFERENCE LIBRARY IN CUCKFIELD THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE FUND IN SUPPORT OF THE LIBRARY CHARITY AND THEREAFTER THE SAID INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF A FURTHER SCHEME OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS.
