Charitable objects
(1) ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR MEN, OR FAILING THAT, POOR WOMEN WHO ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES (2) THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY A SUM OF ú125 OR SUCH OTHER GREATER SUM AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE OUT OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSON RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (3) SUBJECT THERETO, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE SAID INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME.
