HELP OF POOR AND DESERVING YOUNG PEOPLE TO GET A GOOD START IN LIFE. D. ADDITIONAL COMFORTS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE IN DISTRESSED FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES.
