THE OBJECTS OF THE FUND SHALL BE TO ASSIST ALL THOSE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES WHO WORK IN, OR HAVE WORKED IN, THE LLOYD'S COMMUNITY, AND THEIR DEPENDANTS OR OTHERS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, BUT EXCLUDING ANY PERSON WHO IS AN UNDERWRITING MEMBER OF LLOYD'S.
