THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(1) THE SUPPORT AND RELIEF OF BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHETHER PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY BLIND;
(2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED PERSONS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHETHER PERMANENTLY OR TEMPORARILY BLIND.
