Charitable objects
THE RELIEF IN CASES OF NEED OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, OR IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES PERSONS RESIDENT IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE SAID AREA OR LOCATED FOR THE TIME BEING THEREIN, WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM (THE BENEFICIARIES).
