THE RELIEF OF DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS MINERS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM INJURIES RECEIVED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNEXION WITH THEIR EMPLOYMENT, BUT WHO ARE NOT ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION UNDER THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT 1906 OR ANY AMENDING ACT:- RELIEF OF RELATIVES OF AFORESAID MINERS AND PROVISION OF SURGICAL APPLIANCES, COST OF MAINTENANCE OF MINERS AS AFORESAID AT HOSPITALS AT CONVALESCENT HOMES AND PAYING TRAVELLING EXPENSES TO AND FROM EACH HOSPITAL AND HOMES.
