Charitable objects
1. THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (A) FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED. (B) IN PAYING PENSIONS TO PENSIONERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED 2. IN APPLYING THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY AS AFORESAID THE TRUSTEE SHALL GIVE PREFERENCE TO PERSONS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY, LIVERYMEN AND FREEMEN, THEIR WIDOWS AND DEPENDANTS WHO ARE OTHERWISE QUALIFIED.
