THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF WEST SOMERTON WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
