LAND AND BUILDINGS OF THE CHARITY TO BE USED FOR THE PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF SCULTHORPE AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE. ANY INCOME NOT REQUIRED AS AFORESAID SHALL BE APPLIED TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
