Charitable objects
(1) TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE CIVIL PARISHES OF HADLEIGH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS (2)IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME ANY YEAR IS NOT REQUIRED ASAFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME AS THEY THINK FIT FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE SAID AREA.
