Charitable objects
(A) FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; (B) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND (C) FOR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS OF GENERAL PUBLIC UTILITY, PROVIDED THAT IN NO CASE SHALL IT BE APPLIED DIRECTLEY OR INDIRECTLEY IN AID OF RATES.
