THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED IN ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BY; (1) THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION, AMENITIES AND FACILITIES, FURNISHINGS AND SERVICES, (2) THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, GOODS OR FACILITIES THAT, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEE, CONTRIBUTE TO THE CONVENIENCE, HEALTH, COMFORT, GENERAL WELFARE AND LIFE CHANCES OF THE CHARITY'S BENEFICIARIES, (3) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT, (4) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR OBTAINING MEANS OF SUBSISTENCE AND THE NECESSITIES AND DECENCIES OF LIFE, (5) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT, AID, LOANS OR GIFTS, (6) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OF THE BENEFICIARIES, (7) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT TO ANY CORPORATE BODY, INSTITUTION, PRIVATE OR PUBLIC UNDERTAKING OR TRUST FORMED, OR TO BE FORMED, EITHER FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROFIT OR WITHOUT PROFIT, HAVING OBJECTS ANALOGOUS TO ANY OF THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY, (8) UNDERTAKING RESEARCH, AND BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEE MAY IN ITS UNCONTROLLED DISCRETION THINK FIT.
