Charitable objects

FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF POYNINGS AND NEWTIMBER AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. (2) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
