TO BE USED AS A PARISH ROOM AND CLUB AND PLACE OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH. PROVISO THAT IF AND WHEN DURING THE LIFE OF THE FOUNDER AND 21 YEARS THEREAFTER THE SAME SHOULD FOR 6 CONSECUTIVE CALENDER MONTHS CEASE TO BE SO USED THEN FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE, ETC, AS TRUSTEES SHOULD SELECT. IN DEFAULT AND AFTER EXPIRATION OF SAID PERIOD (YEAR 1951) IN TRUST FOR KING EDWARDS HOSPITAL FUND.
