TO AFFORD ASSISTANCE TO NECESSITOUS PERSON WHO ARE:- (A) MEMBERS OF WHATEVER GRADE OF MEMBERSHIP OR MEMBERS OF THE STAFF OF THE INSTITUTE OF HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE INSTITUTE") (B) FORMER MEMBERS OF THE INSTITUTE WHOSE NAMES HAVE BEEN RETAINED ON THE REGISTER OF MEMBERS UP TO WITHIN FIVE YEARS OF THEIR FIRST APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE; OR FORMER MEMBERS OF THE STAFF OF THE INSTITUTE UP TO WITHIN FIVE YEARS OF THEIR FIRST APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE.
