TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHARITALBE INSTITUTIONS IN THE CHISTWICK FOR THE RELIEF OF ASSISTANCE OF RESIDENTS OF CHISWICK WHO THROUGH ACCIDENT, SICKNESS AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY STAND IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE, OR FOR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE FUND, SOCIETY OR CAUSE IN THE BOROUGH.
