THE INCOME IS APPLICABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TRUST DEED DATED 12/12/1883 WHICH STATES THAT AFTER A YEARLY RENTCHARGE OF ú50 TO THE CHURCH COMMISSIONERS, INSURING REPAIRS, ú10 RESERVE FOR REBUILDING AND IMPROVEMENT, THE RESIDUE OF THE RENTS SHOULD BE USED FOR SUCH SPIRITUAL AND ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSES AS IN THE OPINION OF THE VICAR AND CHURCHWARDENS WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO THE PARISH, PROVIDING NO PART BE APPLIED FOR REPAIRS TO THE CHURCH BUILDINGS.
