Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(A) TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY BENEFICIARIES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED BY VIRTUE OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR THE EFFECTS OF OLD AGE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, LOANS, GIFTS, PENSIONS OR OTHERWISE;
(B) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PAST MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL ARTILLERY WHO ARE IN NEED BY VIRTUE OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR THE EFFECTS OF OLD AGE.
