A) TO TAKE OVER ALL OR ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY AND FUNDS BELONGING TO THE UNINCORPORATED VOLUNTARY SOCIETY KNOWN AS "THE HAWKSLEY SOCIETY FOR THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS AND BIRDS IN ITALY" AND TO UNDERTAKE ALL OR ANY OF THE LIABILITIES OF THE SAID VOLUNTARY SOCIETY, AND TO ENTER INTO SUCH CONTRACTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY OR EXPEDIENT FOR SUCH PURPOSE, AND TO CONTINUE TO CARRY ON THE WORK AND UNDERTAKING OF THE SAID VOLUNTARY SOCIETY.
