FOR THE RELIEF IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS OF THE FOLLOWING CLASSES AND IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY: A) PERSONS WHO ARE DESCENDANTS OF DANIEL JOSEPH JAFFE. B) THE WIVES AND WIDOWS, HUSBANDS AND WIDOWERS OF SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID. C) PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
