Charitable objects

(1) A YEARLY SUM OF ú139 IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY WIDOWS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. (2) THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS ETC, AND TOOLS, CLOTHES OR BOOKS TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION.
