(II) (IF IN THE OPINION OF THE BOARD IT IS NECESSARY OR APPROPRIATE FOR THE COMPANY TO DO SO) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN IN ENGLAND A CHRISTIAN SCIENCE HOUSE BEING A NURSING HOME OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRACTICE AND PRINCIPLES OF THE BODY KNOWN AS THE CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST.
