THE RELIEF OF SINGLE WOMEN WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP, OR DISTRESS AND WHO EITHER WERE BORN IN THE CITY OF LIVERPOOL OR ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF MERSEYSIDE, PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO SUCH WOMEN QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
