Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF NECESSITOUS PERSONS FALLING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:- (1) MEMBERS OF THE FUND, THEIR WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, CIVIL PARTNERS AND DEPENDANTS AND (2) THOSE PERSONS WHO WERE MEMBERS OF ANY BENEVOLENT FUND OR SOCIETY HAVING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS THE ASSETS OF WHICH HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO THE FUND (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE TRANSFERRING SOCIETIES).
