PENSIONS TO PENSIONERS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS PREFERENCE GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING CLASSES AND IN THE FOLLOWING PRIORITY 1) FREEMAN OF THE DRAPERS' COMPANY AND THEIR WIDOWS AND OTHER DEPENDANTS. 2) PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN THE MANUFACTURE OR SALE OF WOOLLEN CLOTH AND THEIR WIDOWS AND OTHER DEPENDANTS. 3) PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN ANY TRADE OR CALLING IN GREATER LONDON AND THEIR WIDOWS AND OTHER DEPENDANTS. SUBJECT TO THE PROVISION ABOVE TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
