THE RELIEF OF PAWNBROKERS WHO ARE OR WERE FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST 5 YEARS IN BUSINESS AS PAWNBROKERS THEIR WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, CHILDREN OR PERSON WHO HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED BY PAWNBROKERS FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST 5 YEARS, THEIR WIDOWS, WIDOWERS AND CHILDREN.
