Charitable objects
(A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES ("BENEFICIARIES" MEANS POOR PERSONS OR MARRIED COUPLES OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED OR IN THE CASE OF A MARRIED COUPLE ONE OF WHOM HAS RESIDED IN THE PRESCRIBED AREAS OF BENEFIT FOR NOT LESS THAN FOUR YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT);
(B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE; AND
(C) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS.
