Charitable objects
"BENEFICIARIES" MEANS SINGLE MEN OR WOMEN, WIDOWS OR WIDOWERS WHO ARE POOR CHRISTIAN AND RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT OR WHO HAVE RELATIVES WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. "RESIDENTS" MEANS THOSE BENEFICIARIES OF THE CHARITY WHO LIVE IN THE HOMES. (1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES; AND (B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEE DECIDES. (2) THE TRUSTEE MUST GIVE PREFERENCE TO SINGLE WOMEN OR WIDOWS.
