Charitable objects
The objects of the charity are: a) The provision and maintenance of social housing accommodation in the form of almshouses for beneficiaries; and b) Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustee decides. The land identified in part one of the schedule to this scheme or any replacement land acquired by way of purchase or exchange must be retained by the trustees for use for the objects of the charity.
