TO CARRY ON THE INDUSTRY, BUSINESS OR TRADE OF PROVIDING HOUSES AND ANY ASSOCIATED AMENITIES, IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIVING AND OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE WELL BEING OF POOR PERSONS OF THE GENTLE AND MIDDLE CLASSES IN THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER AND ELSEWHERE.
