RESTRICTED TO GRANTS TO ENGLISH CHAPLAINCIES THE WORK OF WHICH IS CONDUCTED EITHER WHOLLY OR IN PART WITHIN THE PRESENT LIMITS OF THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE OR SOME PART THEREOF OR WITHIN ANY FUTURE LIMITS OF THE SAID EMPIRE OR SOME PART THEREOF OR IN OR TOWARDS ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE CONNECTED WITH ENGLISH TRADE OR INTER-COURSE WITH ANY PLACE OR PLACES WITHIN SUCH LIMITS OR WITH PERSONS ENGAGED IN SUCH TRADE OR INTER-COURSE OR IN OR TOWARDS ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF WHATEVER CHARACTER IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE SAID RUSSIAN EMPIRE OR ANY PART THEREOF AS THE COMPANY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
