SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF THE COST OF REPAIRS AND INSURANCE AND ALL OTHER CHARGES AND OUTGOINGS IN RESPECT OF THE PROPERTY THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY YEARLY INCOME FOR ANY PUBLIC PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BOROUGH OF PENRYN OR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE IN THE SAID BOROUGH NOT BEING A PURPOSE OR PURPOSES FOR WHICH PROVISION IS MADE OUT OF RATES, TAXES OR OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS.
