Income from rents is apportioned between North Elmham United Charities (3/50ths share) and the remainder (47/50ths share) is applied to the maintenance of the properties. Any surplus income, after apportionment/maintenance, is given in support of the work of the East Dereham Relief in Need Charity (Reg.No.211142)
