THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HINDERCLAY BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL OR MATERIAL SUPPORT (INCLUDING SUPPORT TO OTHER CHARITIES SERVING THE BENEFIT OF THOSE IN NEED WITHIN THE PARISH), OR BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
