GRANTS TO INSTITUTIONS, ORGANISATION OR ASSOCIATION WHOSE PURPOSES COME WITHIN THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF CHARITABLE PURPOSES. 3. GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS TO ASSIST IN MEETING THEIR OWN OR THEIR CHILDREN'S EDUCATIONAL EXPENSES.
