ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE OVER 55 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE RESIDED IN THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK FOR NOT LESS THAN THREE YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF THEIR APPOINTMENT. INCOME FOR UPKEEP OF THE ALMSHOUSES PAYMENT OF STIPENDS EXISTING PENSIONERS AND FOR BENEFIT OF ALMSPEOPLE IN THAT ORDER.
