FOR THE USE, BENEFIT AND SUPPLY OF FRIENDS OF THE MINISTRY, WHOSE CHIEF WORK IS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE OF TRUTH, TO PREACH THE GOSPEL OF THE EVERLASTING GOD AND THE LORD AND SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST. 2. FOR THE RELIEF OF ANY APPROVED PUBLIC FRIENDS OR ATTENDERS TRAVELLING ON TRUTH’S ACCOUNT AND TO THE RELIEF OF ANY OTHER POOR FRIENDS OR ATTENDERS INCAPABLE THROUGH SICKNESS OF FOLLOWING THEIR TRADE OR EMPLOYMENT.
