THE ASSISTANCE OF (I) PERSONS IN NEED WHO HAVE BEEN (OR WHO ARE) ENGAGED IN THE BUILDING TRADE AS MASTER BUILDERS (II) THE WIVES, WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF ANY SUCH PERSONS BEING IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE.
