THE CHARITY EXISTS TO MAKE PAYMENTS TO THE CHURCH OF ST JOHN THE BAPTIST, CHIPPING BARNET, FOR ANY CHARGES PROPERLY INCURRED BY THEM IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC AND FURNITURE OF THE CHURCH. THE AREAS AND PRIORITIES FOR WHICH PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE ARE CLEARLY DEFINED. IF ADDITIONAL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE, THE FOUR OTHER NEIGHBOURING CHURCHES MAY APPLY FOR GRANTS AS DEFINED IN THE SCHEME.
