1) RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF HAPPISBURGH, PREFERABLY MEMBERS OF CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 2) THE TRUSTEES MAY PAY OUT OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY A YEARLY SUM OF ú25 TOWARDS THE COST OF PROVIDING AND SUPPORTING A CHURCH OF ENGLAND SUNDAY SCHOOL IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN, HAPPISBURGH.
