INCOME TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES OF WOOLWICH AND PLUMSTEAD BOTH AS CONSTITUTED IN THE YEAR 1890 WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM. ANY SURPLUS INCOME MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF GREENWICH.
