TO RELIEVE THE FOLLOWING PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NED, HARDHSIP OR DISTRESS: (A) MEMBERS OR EX-MEMBERS OF THE CITY LIVERY CLUB (THE CLUB) OR THE WIDOWS, ORPHANS OR DEPENDANTS OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE CLUB; (B) EMPLOYEES OR EX-EMPLOYEES OF THE CLUB OR THE WIDOWS, ORPHANS OR DEPENDNATS OF SUCH PERSONS (FOR FURTHER DETAILS, SEE CLAUSE 3 OF SCHEME)
