PROVIDING FUEL FOR POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CAVENHAM. SURPLUS INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CAVENHAM WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
